About Us

On his return from the war in 1946 George Britten established Brittens Pools. It was then a family firm and remains so today.

Brittens pride themselves on their personal service and their aim is to keep their clients happy. We like to know when we have not succeeded so that we can do something about it.

Brittens are still run from premises in Leicester, in the heart of the Country.

Every aspect of the Pools operation is done in-house. Brittens design and print their own coupons using state of the art inserting machines to mail them to clients. All coupons are checked internally, telephones are answered personally and queries dealt with individually giving a total service and putting the customer first.
